As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint and promoting a more sustainable

future for our planet, we are proud to offer an entirely plant-based dining experience during the event.

As illustrated in the figure above, this shift translates into remarkable resource savings. To put it in

perspective, we are conserving a volume of water equivalent to over three Olympic-sized swimming

pools. This water would have otherwise been expended on the needless cultivation of more than 27

tons of grain to support animal farming for our meals. This inefficient agricultural process would have

also emitted over 13 tons of CO2 equivalent greenhouse gasses to the atmosphere, further exacerbating

the global climate crisis.

 كما هو موضح في الشكل أعلاه، يُترجَم هذا التحول إلى توفير ملحوظ في الموارد. لتوضيح الأمر، نحن نوفر من المياه مايعادل أكثر من 3 حمامات سباحة أولمبية، كان من الممكن إنفاق هذا الحجم من المياه في زراعة أكثر من 27 طن من الحبوب، لتمويل الرعي لوجباتنا. كما أن هذه العملية الزراعية غير الفعالة كانت سينبعث منها أكثر من 13 طن من الغازات الدفيئة المكافئة لثاني أكسيد الكربون إلى الغلاف الجوي، مما يزيد من أزمة المناخ العالمية.
