Dr. Ribhu Gautam

Biography

Ribhu Gautam is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Prof. Mani Sarathy’s team at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia. His research focuses on the development of sustainable processes, particularly in the areas of waste-to-energy, renewable energy, and chemical kinetics. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University. Ribhu is known for his role as a core member of the team at Organic Waste Management Solution (OWMS). Ribhu's work at KAUST involves researching biomass-to-energy, gasification kinetics of residual fuels, organic waste management by black soldier fly larvae, and more, contributing to the development of sustainable processes to reduce environmental impact.
