Biography

Raghad Fathaddin, born in July 1995, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She received her undergraduate degree in politics and international relations from the University of Southampton in 2017 and a master’s degree in public policy from King’s College London in 2018. She is the founder of Sangha Estidama Hub and is an internationally certified holistic health and wellbeing coach by A Wellness Revolution. She has professional experience in international relations, political analysis, advocacy, communication and project management. Raghad has worked with various NGOs and international organizations such as Oxfam, SINGA UK, Counterpoints Art, and the United Nations for Education, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). She has been an active member in various local and global change-makers movements such as Global Shapers Jeddah Hub, first Saudi member in Wellbeing Economy Alliance and the bio-leadership project. Since March 2022, Raghad has been working at PepsiCo as a Communication Analyst; leading Tamaknai, PepsiCo's women empowerment flagship initiative, that works on amplifying voices, facilitating mentorships and fostering entrepreneurship in the Kingdom. She is also assisting on PepsiCo Positive (pep+) Saudi sustainability narrative and agenda, which is a strategic end to end transformational plan that adopts circularity (circular economy) from positive agriculture, positive value chain to positive choices. Through her work at PepsiCo, Raghad aims to continue to push the circular economy agenda in Saudi Arabia and through Sangha Estidama Hub, she is keen to play a positive and leading role in supporting nations’ transitions toward a wellbeing economy and accelerating human progress through facilitating a culture of inner wellbeing for future Saudi leaders. In April 2022, Raghad Fathaddin was selected as a Y20 Saudi Delegate, to be hosted in Indonesia 2022; leading the Sustainable and Livable Planet track. Through her role as a Y20 delegate, she hopes to continue advocating the need to adopt a well-being economy and circular economy and addressing the various ways for a just energy diversification and the role of schools, education and the youth in the process of leading and achieving a more sustainable and livable planet.
